In the running for the worst movie of the year, this CGI “thriller” if we can call it that, received so many poor reviews back in March when it first came out. If you like disasters and fake graphics, this one’s definitely for you.
The gist: thieves attempt a massive heist against the U.S. Treasury as a Category 5 hurricane approaches one of its Mint facilities. In another word, boring. The cat one looks heaps better.

To all the naysayers who thought this wouldn’t come to China, eat your words! Although it’ll be heavily censored, it still might be worth a gander on the big screen.

Although this film isn’t integrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s totally the same world. And although the reviews for the film are bad, we’re still gonna see it. Just don’t read the reviews.

Hate to break it to ya, but this is the 22nd in a long series of Detective Conan animé flicks. And this particular one isn’t a great entry point. At least Amuro shows up.
In it, Detective Conan investigates an explosion that occurs on the opening day of a large Tokyo resort and convention center. Of course, mystery does feature in the film, as Conan still needs to figure out the true culprit behind it.

The highly anticipated Fantastic Beasts 2 has scored a same-day release with the USA~ A huge win for Harry Potter fans in China! Yay.
Magizoologist Newt Scamander returns in this “even better than the first” sequel… and we get to see more of Grindelwald, obviously, as well as many younger versions of our favorite characters from the original HP series, including Professor Dumbledore himself.
This being a must-see is an understatement.
